Rock Park Cottages,
in the friendly historic village of Yachats, Oregon is the answer.
Come and enjoy our warm, welcoming Gillmore family hospitality and
have a relaxing vacation. We have owned Rock Park since 1962 and our
third generation managers, Adam and Kristi, will welcome you as you
arrive. Our five cozy, wood paneled cottages have complete full kitchens,
linens, towels, TV, WiFi, DVD and a propane BBQ. We also have a separate,
romantic three story A Frame that sleeps six. It has a wood burning
stove and a swing inside.
Rock Park Cottages
is in a unique quiet location, just two blocks from town and overlooks
Yachats State Park and the ocean. Let the sound of the ocean lull
you to sleep!
The all-summer migration of gray whales can be viewed from Yachats
State Park located adjacent to the cottages. In the evening, families
gather at the park to view the sunset, watch for the elusive "Green
Flash," build a bonfire on the beach, stroll the unspoiled sandy
shore, and explore the glistening tide pools.
The Famous "804 Walking Trail" begins at Yachats State Park
and takes you ten miles north along the ocean to Waldport. It has
breathtaking views and is a great walking/jogging trail, morning or
evening.
Come celebrate
the 4th of July with us - enjoy oysters on the BBQ, and walk in the
LaDeDa Parade - a fun Yachats tradition.
